Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

But many who are first will be last, and the last first.

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

But godliness with contentment is great gain.

For we live by faith, not by sight.

In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat– for He grants sleep to those He loves.

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.

Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable His judgments, and His paths beyond tracing out!

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.

The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–His good, pleasing and perfect will.

May He grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed. (NLT)

The Lord is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise Him, my father’s God, and I will exalt Him.

We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.

Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.

Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”

Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore He will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for Him!

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.

The one who calls you is faithful, and He will do it.

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.

I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.

But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of Him everywhere.

This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down His life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise You more and more.

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
